To Our Valued Community, Clients, and Team Members:

Like you, all of us at Capital First Trust Company have watched in horror as the tragic deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and other black men and women have taken an unimaginable emotional toll on the African-American community specifically, and the world at large.

My colleagues have come forward to express the pain they are experiencing. Thank you for having the courage to speak out.

We believe that in the face of such tragedies, now is the time to support real and sustainable change in the fight for racial justice and human rights. It is part of our commitment to the black community to be an advocate for this change.

Internally, our team members will have access to resources through our employee assistance program to help with the healing process. Capital First will continue to stand firm against racism in our organization.

We are committed to ongoing efforts to stand with our black communities and neighborhoods to foster equality and social justice. To that end, we will be engaging with team members to discuss ways that Capital First can support these efforts.

We look forward to standing shoulder to shoulder with all of you as we work towards a better future, while continuing to support each other in these turbulent times.
