The following outlines Capital First’s distribution process, which you can refer to when requesting funds. Distributions may require Capital First to liquidate trust assets in the event the trust does not hold enough money market funds to process the request immediately.

Each request is reviewed to ensure it aligns with the terms of your trust and your broader financial and benefit considerations. Taking a thoughtful approach helps preserve the trust’s purpose and ensures resources remain available when they matter most.

This authorization will allow CFTC to send this individual customer statements and discuss account activity. Please note this form will not authorize this individual to request trust distributions.
