CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

The health and well-being of our clients, associates, and communities is our top priority. Furthermore, Capital First Trust Company, Inc. ("Capital First") is committed to promoting a safe and healthy environment for its employees.  We sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility over the past couple months.  Our teams have moved quickly to ensure we serve our clients during this challenging period.

Please note we returned to normal office hours 8:00 am to 5:00 central standard time effective Monday, June 1st.

Some staff are currently working from our offices based on operational needs.  Beginning in March we implemented measures to achieve social distancing and allow our employees to work remote outside of our offices.

Our trust officers are prepared to communicate by email or phone during normal business hours.  You may contact them by calling Capital First at 800-521-2395 and reach them through our phone directory.  Please refer to the directory on our website for email addresses https://www.capitalfirsttrust.com/emergency-contacts.

Key developments:

  • The Management team meets on a weekly basis to evaluate the recommendations of health officials and make decisions as the situation evolves.
  • We have enhanced our website to include online access; a portal to request trust distributions; and a directory of our trust service teams.
  • We are proactively providing our employees with information and best practices to prevent the spread of any illness.
  • We have communicated with our building managers at our offices to coordinate the implementation of enhanced cleaning of common areas.

We encourage you to use Capital First's online access portal to review your account information.  If you do not currently have online access, please contact your trust officer.

You can also use the portal on our website to request a trust distribution https://www.capitalfirsttrust.com/distribution-request.

We also understand that there may be instances where clients find themselves facing financial difficulties. Please contact your trust officer to discuss and find a solution for you.

Capital First is regularly monitoring developments regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. We will continue to update this page with relevant and timely information as the situation evolves.
