Alyssa Limmer

Office Management

Alyssa Limmer is our Office Manager and operates out of our Milwaukee office. Alyssa manages our Milwaukee and South Dakota offices including general office issues or maintenance, managing and maintaining vendor relationships, administering payroll, and managing corporate accounting.

Prior to joining Capital First, Alyssa spent 3 years in property management where she successfully transitioned a new property to a stable occupancy. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2015 with a degree in Social Welfare.

Alyssa is actively involved in fundraising for Children’s Wisconsin and childhood cancer research. She is also an assistant basketball coach for Wisconsin Playground Elite and varsity girls’ basketball at Reagan High School.
