Nate Bloom

Trust Operations Specialist

Nate Bloom joined Capital First in 2015. As a Trust Operations Specialist, Nate works directly with trust officers and advisors to maintain client accounts. He coordinates the cash management system, including structured settlements and transfers from investment accounts.  He also supports our trust officers with asset reconciliation and with special projects. 

Nate has a passion for process improvement and problem-solving to increase operational efficiency and quality control.  

Nate is a graduate of Marquette University, where he studied history and political science. Before joining Capital First, Nate served in the Marine Corps from 2007 to 2011. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor sports in Wisconsin’s many state parks, and is a committed volunteer with several local aid groups.
