Christina Schiek is a Trust Officer in our Milwaukee office and has been with Capital First Trust Company since 2016. Chrissy manages and maintains client relationships, acting as a liaison between trust beneficiaries, investment advisors, third-party administrators, and other service professionals. She focuses her attention on analyzing trust documents and court orders with particular attention to permissible distributions, fees, and trust related expenses, ensuring that each trust is administered properly and in compliance with the governing trust document and applicable state law while advocating for her clients’ needs. She also works across departments throughout Capital First to develop policies, procedures, and best practices.
Chrissy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Carroll University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Marquette University Law School. She has also completed Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust Schools, graduating with honors and receiving the 2020 Fran DeMaris Award, which recognizes Cannon Trust School participants who demonstrate excellence in Trust Services. Chrissy earned her Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certification in 2020. She is also a Wisconsin Notary Public and an active member of the Wisconsin State Bar.
