MANAGE THE COST OF MEDICAL EXPENSES AND THE MEDICAL BILL REVIEW PROCESS

A Medical Reversionary Trust is an irrevocable trust that facilitates the payment of future medical expenses incurred by the claimant, also referred to as the beneficiary of the trust, as obligated to be paid by the defendant, also referred to as the grantor of the trust. The remaining trust corpus is reverted to the grantor. The trust is managed by a corporate trustee who processes the medical bills in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement.
